NEW CLASSES AT ROANOKE COMMUNITY CENTER!

We now offer Zumba classes on Tuesdays at 5:30pm, as well as Saturdays at 10am.

We also offer a pilates class Tuesdays at 6:30pm, and a yoga class Thursdays at 6:30pm. For more information contact Roanoke Community Center, (816) 784-5200.

CASA DE FITNESS is back at El Centro Inc. - Join us in KC KS for the 9 week session on Thursday night at 6:30pm. Registration is now open . This Zumba class also has Daycare for $1. per child.

Classes at DiCarlo's Mustard Seed in Independence have changed locations for the holidays. They will now be held at Noland Road Baptist Church, 4505 S. Noland Road, 64055, Mondays and Thursdays at 6:30pm. If you have any questions please contact Jade Fox: jade@casadefitness.com.

NEW CLASS IN NORTH KANSAS CITY! - We have a new class at Casa De Fitness in North Kansas City. Drop ins welcome. We offer Zumba classes on Mondays and Wednesdays 6:30pm and Tuesdays 6:15pm.10:00am.
